"Have had State Farm for years and always been pleased. Last week was no different, we had a roadside catastrophe in progress at the most inopertune time. While in the midst of panic Shannon eased my mind, sent me a list of out of town tow companys, while Enterprise dripped us a car roadside and got us on our way. The roll back was on stand by waiting to meet when we were able to return to my vehicle. Seamlessly, they were there waiting when we returned to give him the key and they safely got my truck to the dealership at no cost or extra stress to me or my family.. we can't thank him enough"
